SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
KE Lifestyle Management Services recognises that businesses can have a negative impact on the environment. We are committed, and enjoy, finding ways in which we can reduce the impact of our work both in the office and when working with our clients away from the office.
This policy applies to all KE Lifestyle Management Services employees and directors.

It is our policy to
-
Recycle as much waste material as possible
-
Avoid the use of paper and the requirement to print wherever possible. For example, sending invoices and quotes via email or using a digital signature service.
-
Recycle equipment that is no longer of use to the company. For example, giving away items such as computers and printers that we no longer use. Any items that cannot be repurposed will be disposed of according to the WEEE regulations.
-
Keep energy usage low. For example, making use of low energy light bulbs and ensuring that computers and other equipment is shut down after work.
-
Reuse wastepaper (from the printer) where possible, making use of the blank side for notes, etc.
-
Purchase products made with recycled paper. For example, paper towels, printer paper.
-
Purchase products with a lower environmental impact. For example, environmentally safe soaps and detergents.
-
Minimise vehicle travel. For example, only taking items to charity shops when there is a full load, and by making use of instant messaging, video and audio conferencing, telephone, and email.
-
Work with local suppliers where possible.
-
We will always encourage and support the responsible disposal of items.
